Enriched Air – PADI NITROX

The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADI's most popular specialty scuba diving course, and it's easy to see why. Scuba diving with enriched air nitrox gives you more no decompression dive time. This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives.

• Techniques for getting more dive time by using enriched air nitrox
• Enriched air scuba diving equipment considerations
• Enriched air considerations, including managing oxygen exposure, how to tell what's in your scuba tank and how to set your dive computer



Sample Schedule


Day 1
09h30: Theory class with Videos (3 hours)
15h00: Review theory and final written exam


Day 2
07H20: Meeting at Scuba Iguana dive center (informative session)
07h30: Departure to dive site (via: sea or land/sea)
09h15: Arrival at dive site
09h30: Check out dive (weight check, 15 minutes)
09h50: First dive 60 minutes
10h50: Surface interval / Snack or lunch, 60 minutes
12h00: Second dive 60 minutes
13h10: Return
15h30: Arrival at Scuba Iguana dive center and certification


The students should be subject to the itinerary of our boat, assigned by the Galapagos National Park and the dive sites appropriate to the practice of training according to each level.
